* If you see an error in your order confirmation email, email us at info@mortisores.com within 24 hours and we may be able to change it for you.
However, we can't make any promises. We ship every work day at around 10am and our print on demand items are usually printed the next work day and shipped shortly thereafter.
*If your order has already been shipped, we'll provide you with a return address (depending on the item ordered).
*If you entered the wrong address, we have to wait for the package to get returned to us. In that case, we will reship it to you, but you are required to pay the re-shipping costs.
We only follow the shipping information based on what you have inscribed on the checkout page upon placing your order. We are not liable for lost, held, damaged packages, or delivery errors because of incorrect shipping address.
